Cometa Formazione fa parte di un consorzio di 9 organizzazioni da 5 paesi (Francia, Germania, Italia, Portogallo, Spagna). Il progetto KA2 promuove l’identificazione di modelli e buone pratiche per favorire la mobilità all’estero di ragazzi con disabilità.

MAKE IT HAPPEN is a transnational project designed to develop and share best practices and promote cooperation amongst VET providers in Europe with a specific focus on facilitating the access to Education and Vocational Training Mobility for disabled learners.

The project is co-financed by the European Commission under the Erasmus Plus programme. Along its 30-month international path, it will encompass 5 Transnational Meetings that will allow the partner organisations to exchange experiences and practices on the project’s main concerns, to gather them into a catalogue of best practices, to draft an up-to-date State of the Art and to enhance the inclusion of disabled learners in mobility opportunities across Europe.
