Our commitment to children, youth, and families
Learning by doing, growing together
Work as possibility, discovery, self-creation

Training hub

Cometa’s training hub was created to educate young people through experience: here beauty, hands-on experience, and relationships are tools for learning and for life.

Learning is an experience

Our educational offer combines school, training, and workforce integration.

The educational journey we propose is founded on the certainty that everyone must discover the excellence within themselves. A place where personal and professional growth intertwine, accompanying young adults to discover their value and build their future.

Personalised pathways

Every class and every individual is supported by a tutor who guides them step by step: a constant presence that helps them recognise their talents, experiment, and build a personal path towards tomorrow.

Cometa’s educational passion must be shared. Focusing on each person’s talent, on the uniqueness of the individual. This uniqueness must be educated and trained to improve the world of work, for a more flourishing economy.

— Erasmo Figini

Oliver Twist School

Our school is open to everyone, welcoming and educating young people and young adults through beauty, with the warmth of a home and passionate teachers capable of conveying to young people, even through effort, the value of commitment and a job well done.

Our pathways are born from constant dialogue with businesses and universities, giving life to a school-enterprise where through the experience of doing, students also learn theoretical and design aspects.

Learning by doing

Pathways that turn talent into competence

Vocational Training Courses (IEFP)

Pathways based on the combination of study and practice that transform classrooms into artisan workshops. Active in the sectors of woodworking, textiles, and catering, they allow students to “learn by doing” through real commissions for external clients.

Students, guided by master craftsmen, develop practical skills and undertake company internships from the second year.

Artistic, Artisanal, and Entrepreneurial Design Liceo

An experiential pathway that blends the humanistic tradition of the Italian liceo with economic, artisanal, and design skills. Thanks to the school-enterprise method and real commissions, students learn to work with different materials, express creativity, and build the foundations for a start-up.

The 5-year programme prepares students for both university and the world of work and is enriched by European exchanges, immersive sports modules, and extracurricular workshops.

Guidance and reorientation courses – Liceo del Lavoro

The Liceo del Lavoro was created to offer young people aged 16 to 20 a personalised experimental pathway, designed for those who have encountered difficulties in traditional school settings.
The pathway is modular and flexible and can last up to two years depending on the needs and growth of each student.

The training project is carefully followed and updated over time, to value individual progress and accompany everyone towards their professional and personal future.

I felt like a tiny dot among a thousand others… The turning point, however, came thanks to the way tutors and teachers welcomed and accompanied me. I entered school thinking nobody wanted me, but I found people who noticed my presence, who gave me attention and worked with me and on me.

— Giulia

The essence of our method

At the heart of our method is beauty: an educational foundation and learning objective, a creative force that enriches life, guides choices, and opens up new possibilities for growth.

Vocational and Italian language courses for foreigners

Our vocational courses are aimed at young people aged 17 to 29 and are designed to offer unemployed young people and/or those seeking employment an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Through daily practice, interaction with professionals, and the constant support of tutors and trainers, each participant can discover their abilities and turn them into marketable skills.

The courses and workforce integration combat school dropout and promote the employment inclusion of young migrants, people with disabilities, or those in socio-economic disadvantage.

The goal is to foster independence, open new employment prospects, and restore dignity and confidence to those who wish to build their future.

Career guidance and workforce integration pathways

The School has an internal Guidance & Employment Office created to accompany young people and adults in the delicate transition to the professional world.

We address anyone seeking a concrete opportunity to build their future, including former students of Cometa, young people who have dropped out of school, young foreigners, and people in vulnerable or disadvantaged conditions.

It is not just help with finding a job: it is a journey of discovery, growth, and skills development, with the goal of supporting young people to learn a trade and find their own path.
