Amici di Cometa has been established as a philanthropic entity pursuant to Legislative Decree 03/07/2017 No. 117. Therefore, every charitable donation in its favour is, alternatively:
Deductible from gross IRPEF tax for an amount equal to 30% of the charitable donation made, up to a limit of €30,000.00 per year (Art. 83, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 117/2017)
Deductible from total net income up to a limit of 10% of total declared income (Art. 83, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 117/2017)
